Three people were arrested for robbery following an assault near Marginal Way Saturday afternoon.
Portland police said the three assaulted a man and stole his money and cigarettes at 12:30 p.m.
Police arrested Romarico Gonzalez, 30, Amanda Ansolini, 28, and Mahad Hassan, 27, less than an hour later in connection with the crime.
All three, who are transients, were charged with robbery. Ansolini was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon, a knife shaped like a gun. They are being held at Cumberland County Jail.
The man, whose identity was not released by police, was treated for injuries at the scene.
