IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 9:56 p.m., Juraci Caminote Carreiro, 27, of Peabody, Massachusetts, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

11:27 p.m., Shelby T. Skidgell, 25, of Moscow, was arrested on charges of violating the conditions of release and domestic violence assault.

11:44 p.m., Joshua G. Coldwell, 26, of Moscow, was arrested on a charge of violating the conditions of release.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 8 p.m., Melvin Hubbard, 20, of 3 Butler Court, was arrested on a warrant on Armory Road.

Sunday at 11:57 a.m., Zachary Elwell, 20, of 29 Fairfield St., No. 2, Oakland, was arrested on charges of theft and illegal possession of hypodermic apparatuses at Wal-Mart at Waterville Commons.
