FARMINGTON — Public flu shots are available to individuals 18 years old and older from the Healthy Community Coalition. HCC staff will be available to administer the influenza vaccine (seasonal flu shot) at sites throughout the community as follows:
Friday, Oct. 16, 10 a.m.-noon, Eustis Town Office; and 12:30-3 p.m., Fotter’s Market, Eustis.
Saturday, Oct. 17, 10 a.m.-noon, Rangeley Inn, Rangeley;
Thursday, Oct. 22, 9-11 a.m., Phillips Town Office; and
Thursday, Oct. 22, noon-1:30 p.m., Strong Town Office.
Additional dates will be announced.
For those who do not have insurance there is a suggested donation of $25 or affordable donation. The coalition is unable to accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Healthy Community Coalition purchases all vaccine used for the public clinics and appreciates donations to help cover costs for those in need.
