ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 1:18 p.m., Richard L. Sprague, 45, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court.

3:59 p.m., Hope Ann Stewart, 33, of Solon, was arrested on two counts of failure to appear in court two counts of and unpaid fines and fees.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 10:30 a.m., Edward T. Dawe, 24, of Oak Street in Waterville, was arrested on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 3:02 p.m., Joseph M. Maranhao, 27, of Baker Street, was arrested at his residence on a charge of domestic violence assault.
