ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 1:18 p.m., Richard L. Sprague, 45, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court.

3:59 p.m., Hope Ann Stewart, 33, of Solon, was arrested on two counts of failure to appear in court two counts of and unpaid fines and fees.
