WATERVILLE — Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce has created a resource for all bass anglers. As of June 30, midmainebass.com website was created by local fishermen to help local and visiting anglers find their way around Mid-Maine for the best bass fishing in the state.

The site show maps and photos of boat launches to help locate lakes, rivers, fishing holes and accompanying parking. There will be topographical maps of each lake to make planning trips quicker and more relaxing. The site includes an extensive list of bait shops, marinas, lodging and restaurants.

Bloggers will post stories and videos of are recreational and tournament anglers to help organize expeditions to the area.

Events for all upcoming tournaments will be posted in the “Events” section. The “Local Lunkers and Photo Gallery” allows fishermen to share photos, stories and details about bass caught from the area.
