Matthew Sweet and his band will perform at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at the Stone Mountain Arts Center, 695 Dugway Road, in Brownfield.
Sweet is touring for his new album, “Tomorrow Forever.” His touring band includes Steve Wynn, Jason Victor, Ric Menck and Paul Chastain.

A pop culture enthusiast as well as musician, Sweet also is a sculptor/potter, collector of original Keane paintings, and cover band extraordinaire.
