Do you believe money should determine who has power in our government? I say no — Mainers themselves should do that.

We need integrity, vision and a can-do attitude in our government. We need a governor with a constructive focus who brings all stakeholders to the table, who works with — not against — the Legislature, and who wants the best solutions for all — not just some —of us.

We need Betsy Sweet, the only Clean Election candidate in the Democratic primary. With her 35 years of professional experience advocating not for those with money but for women, children, the elderly, and others whose money-less voices may not have otherwise been at the budget table, she has been constructively moving Maine forward.

Let’s put her in the driver’s seat for Maine government and have all our voices count.
