In this thankful time of the year, perhaps we should thank a group of people such as Keith, Priscille, Al, Bob, Carol, Mindy, Nancy, Gary, Suzanne, Mike, Tim and all the others you will find working at the Augusta Food Bank.
You go up Mount Vernon Avenue on an early Thursday morning and you will find cars and trucks lined up for a quarter mile or more, waiting for food. These people are hungry.
There are lots of people who have some food on their table due to the efforts of the afore mentioned people’s good works, so thank them this holiday.
