Lines are important. I’m not talking about political, social, or economic lines, but rather the lines on the roads.
We are all familiar with the yellow center line and the white line on the right. For some of us, these lines are very important. When confronted by glaring and blinding oncoming LED headlights in the rain, snow and fog, the lines help us know where we are on the road.
The trouble is, on many roads (like Route 17 and others in Augusta), many of the lines are faded and some gone. Please put some funds into re-painting the lines and help those between the lines stay safe.
