Two young children were checked by ambulance personnel as a precaution early Monday after a fire destroyed a mobile home at 1915 Industry Road in Industry.

When firefighters arrived after the fire was reported at 3:16 a.m., the mobile home was burning and the occupants were out, Tim “TD” Hardy, chief of Farmington and Industry fire rescue departments, said.
“It is a total loss,” he said.
About 30 firefighters from seven departments assisted at the scene or shuttled water from Clearwater Pond in Industry, he said.
Alexandria Perry, her fiance Stephon York, and two young children made it out of the house safely before firefighters arrived. The mobile home is owned by Rosalie Harris, Hardy said.
It is believed to be insured.
Officials from the Office of State Fire Marshal are investigating the cause.
