At 10:54 a.m., Alexandrea R. Wysote, 24, of Wayne, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a report of a hit-and-run crash on Townsend Road. Wysote also was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and attaching false plates.
