I’m a taxpayer from Skowhegan. The bridge proposal by the state wants to go up North Avenue. I’m a Vietnam veteran and love the veteran park. However, if it absolutely must be moved, I say move it to Colburn Park, and name it Veterans Memorial Park.

There are 4 acres to layout, which could include handicap accessible parking. Design the park to include fallen heroes. And let the state of Maine pay for it.
