ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 3:18 p.m., Ryan Marden, 28, of 4 Oakdale Ave., No. 2, was arrested on two warrants, on Oakdale Avenue.
IN WINSLOW, Thursday, at 4:28 p.m., Shayne David Wallace Humphrey, 21, of Clinton Avenue, was arrested on Clinton Avenue on charges of domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, as well as on an arrest warrant.
