OAKLAND — A Halloween parade will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at Williams Elementary School, Pleasant Street. Participants will stroll through town and end at Atwood Primary School on

Heath Street with a trick or trunk event. There may even be tricks or treats along the way.

If you would like to have a vehicle in the trick or trunk, call the Oakland Police Department at 465-2202. For liability reasons, no dogs allowed.

Participants should bring a flashlight. In case of inclement weather, events will be held inside Atwood Primary School.
