The owners of Joseph’s Fireside Steakhouse announced May 29 they were closing the eatery at 99 West River Road in Waterville. Co-owners Kevin Joseph and E.J. Fabian said crowd restrictions prompted by the coronavirus pandemic drove their decision to close the restaurant.
