No bail for man charged with murder in Auburn Walmart parking lot shooting
Gage Dalphonse told police Jean Fournier punched him and threatened to kill him before Dalphonse took out his gun and shot Fournier. Witnesses at the scene told police they didn’t see or hear that happen.
