Police: Fairfield death ruled a homicide, suspect arrested after lighting car on fire following chase
Edwin Weeks, 62, of Fairfield, was found dead in his home from “sharp force trauma” and Raheem Shamar Goodwin was charged with murder in the case, Maine State Police said. The homicide capped one of the deadliest months in Maine’s history.
