Carol Murphy, 72, was sentenced Friday to 364 days in jail for violating a ban on possessing animals, her latest in a series of animal-related offenses.

Police made the arrests after serving a warrant at a home on Crosby Street Place.

Benjamin T. Brazier, 57, was free for just seven days before being arrested again.

Kayla Stewart, 21, was in court Thursday with attorneys discussing possible plea deals in the case where she is charged with both murder and manslaughter in connection with the death of the child on Dec. 30, 2015.

Guido Hernandez, 24, is wanted on charges of unlawful sexual contact and sexual abuse of a minor.

David B. Arbour, 55, had an initial hearing Wednesday via video from the Capital Judicial Center on two counts each of aggravated trafficking in heroin, aggravated trafficking in cocaine base, and one count of violation of condition of release.
