Family and friends continue to mourn the loss of Antonio and Alice Balcer, 47, and express shock at the arrest of their son as the suspect in the slayings.

Andrew Balcer, 17, is accused of killing his parents, Antonio and Alice, early Monday in their Winthrop home, but a probable cause affidavit giving further details has been sealed.

Andrew Balcer, 17, charged with two counts of murder, was described Tuesday by friends as pleasant and respectful; he also sent social media messages apologizing for anything offensive.
