Mother’s Day Weekend is Pottery Weekend in Maine. From Wayne to Windsor to Wiscasset, six central Maine clay studios will open their doors to the public to tour, meet the artists, see demonstrations and shop for pottery. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 12, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 13. The following studios will be open:

HALLOWELL — Tonight is Movie Night at the Harlow Gallery, 160 Water St. “Lubec Arts Alive!” will begin at 7 p.m.. The short film is by award-winning television and film producer Jon Wing Lum of Lubec. The event is free and open to the public.
