PITTSFIELD — Sebasticook Valley Health recently announced two of its nurses have completed advanced nursing certifications.

Kim Newby of Peri-Operative Services received CNOR certification, and Raegan Ward became a certified emergency nurse.

Newby has been a nurse since 2007 at SVH, where she cares for patients during surgical procedures in the Peri-Operative Department.

Ward has been a nurse at SVH since 2002, working primarily in the emergency department and assisting in the Diabetes and nutrition clinic as a diabetes educator.
