WINTHROP — Applications are being accepted by the Winthrop Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce for the 26th Annual Winthrop Sidewalk Art Festival: A Celebration of Winthrop to be held 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, downtown; rain or shine.
