Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 1:58 p.m., Nicholas John Kennard, 29, of Smithfield, was arrested on charges of failing to appear on a burglary charge, unlawful possession of oxycodone and revocation of probation for a burglary charge.

Mark Race Perkins, 58, of Cornville, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening, refusing to submit to arrest and probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1:41 a.m., Shawn Barten, 49, of Clinton, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.
