• 1-2 p.m. Pittsfield Historical Society open for visitors
• 4-6 p.m. Open house, Pittsfield Community Theatre with classic cartoons
• 4-6 p.m. Ice cream truck, Pittsfield Public Library
• 4-8 p.m. Marketplace tent opens, Manson Park, featuring Maine crafters and artisans
• 6 p.m. Kiwanis Kiddie Parade on Main Street leading into Manson Park. Line up at Municipal Parking Lot.
• 6-7:15 p.m. Harold J. Crosby Community Band of Dexter at Manson Park performing in entertainment tent, sponsored by the Greater Pittsfield Area Kiwanis Club
• 7:30-9:30 p.m. The Wildwoods Band at Manson Park performing in entertainment tent
• 6:30-10 p.m. Kiwanis Karnival opens rides and games open
Friday July 17
• 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Art show, Pittsfield Public Library continues
• 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Quiche and cheesecake contest, Elk’s Lodge, Middle Street. Judging begins at 11 a.m., with luncheon at noon.
• 1-2 p.m. Pittsfield Historical Society open for visitors
• 4-8 p.m. Marketplace tent opens in Manson Park, featuring Maine crafters and artisans
• 5:30-7:30 p.m. Vanessa Vhay at Manson Park performing in entertainment tent
• 6-8 p.m. Pittsfield Community Theatre’s 100th Anniversary Celebration kicks off with J&B Band playing Classic Country, Doo Wop and Classic Rock
• 6:30-10 p.m. Kiwanis Karnival continues rides and games open
• 7:30-9:30 p.m. Steve Dunphy at Manson Park performing in entertainment tent
Saturday, July 18
• 6-9 a.m. Early bird breakfast in Manson Park, sponsored by Newport Fire Department.
• 8 a.m. Exhibitor area open to public, Curtis Air
• 9 a.m. Marketplace tent opens in Manson Park, featuring Maine crafters and artisans
• 9:15 a.m. The Famous Big Parade begins at Industrial Park, down Somerset Avenue, onto Main Street and into Manson Park
• 11 a.m. Kiwanis Karnival games and rides open
• Noon-1 p.m. Sebasticook Valley Community Band performing in entertainment tent
• 12:30 p.m. Chicken and steak barbecue served in the food tent by the Detroit Fire Department
• 1-2 pm Comedian Keegan Page performing in entertainment tent
• 2-3 pm Vanessa Vhay in the entertainment tent
• 2-4 pm Parachute jumpers demonstration, Curtis Air
• 3-5 pm The Resistance in entertainment tent
• 5 p.m. Dog costume contest, sponsored by The Dog House, children’s tent area
• 5:15-7:15 p.m. The Riff Johnson Band performing in entertainment tent
• 7:30-9:15 p.m. Pete Witham and the Cozmik Zombies performing in entertainment tent
