SIDNEY — Pineland Suzuki School will hold its annual benefit concerts “Carnival of the Animals” at 2 and 4 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at Snow Pond Center for the Arts, 8 Goldenrod Lane.

Violin, viola and cello students in the program, from beginners through advanced students, will perform music inspired by animals. The 2 p.m. concert will feature younger children with puppets and dancing, the 4 p.m. concert will features the Snow Pond Youth Symphony and advanced students of Pineland Suzuki School.

In between the two concerts, at 3 p.m., there will be a reception with live chamber music, a silent auction and an instrument petting zoo.

Tickets cost $10 in advance for each concert ($12 at the door), $5 for students and seniors, and is free for children younger than 6.
