Chloe Maxmin is a progressive candidate who has specific ideas of what she will bring to the State House in the areas of elderly home care, education, and rural transportation, among others. She brings to her campaign an energy that will serve her well in implementing her ideas. She espouses a unifying theme, one that can garner support from both sides of the political spectrum.
For instance, who would not agree with one of her proposals to introduce bus routes in rural areas to provide transportation for citizens, ensuring access to opportunities that we might not otherwise have. She suggests this could be funded through a mix of federal, state, and nonprofit resources. This is creative thinking applied to a societal problem that needs more attention.
Voters in District 88 should elect Chloe Maxmin in the Democratic primary on June 12, then send her to Augusta in November.
