I will be voting for Steve Russell in the Democratic primary for Senate District 16 on June 12. The Russell family name, in the state of Maine, has literally been tied to the earth for almost 200 years, carrying on with Steve’s generation of maintaining the family farm: Pine Hill Farms on the Garland Road.
Personally, I have come to know Steve better in the past couple of years in his roles as a Town Council member and more recently as council chairman. In my opinion, Steve is a man who is an excellent listener and very thoughtful before making a decision. As a citizen, attending a number of council meetings, I have complete trust in Steve. Trust, today, is a challenge. Our town and Augusta needs more people like Steve Russell.
Vote for Steve Russell on June 12.
