Perhaps with such close numbers in both the U.S. Senate and House, there will be a realization that we are in this together and our representatives will come to the conclusion that their constituents are all of us, and not just those along party lines.
I don’t begrudge anyone for their own personal political views, as it’s just as much their right to do so as it is mine.
What needs to stop is the “my way or no way” mentality that is so prevalent today. What a grand way to start the New Year, if that came to fruition.
