Farmington-based alliance to host social at Sugarloaf

The social celebrates the alliance’s ongoing efforts to ensure recreational access to the High Peaks landscape.

In an effort to expand its reach, Maine Audubon will introduce Extended Duration Surveys this summer.

The group will include opportunities for sharing at one’s own comfort level and educational handouts.

The workshop is designed for homeowners and small hobby orchards looking to bring back neglected trees but is open to all.

The scholarship is made possible by the Bill and Joan Alfond Family Foundation.

Actors will audition for a part in ‘Thurber Fables … for Adults.’

Britny Anderson will be the production’s director.

‘Free Art: of the Unconventional Eccentric’ will be on view April 1-30.

Orders will be taken until March 6.
