I am very pleased to cast my vote for Charlotte Warren to serve as Kennebec County commissioner. If you live in one of the 14 towns and cities in District 2, I urge you to consider joining me.
Charlotte grew up and graduated from high school in the district. She’s been a volunteer, a hard-working mayor and a state representative serving communities within the area as well. Being a former teacher, social worker, and current small business owner, she’ll bring a practical perspective to serving us.
As a former elected municipal official, I’ve reviewed the portion of our property taxes assessed by the county, which pays for the key services we receive from Kennebec County. I completely trust that Charlotte Warren’s deep experience of seeking input from constituents, collaboratively crafting fiscally prudent budgets, and dedication to informative transparency for the public will serve us exceedingly well.
