Candy and Mark Prentiss, both of Palmyra, were arrested after Somerset County Sheriff’s officers searched their motel room Nov. 13. Arrest warrants were issued this week for Jessica Kent-Webber and Dale Melvin who are suspected of participating in a crime with the two Prentisses.
