Military recruiters’ bill shouldn’t have failed
I was deeply upset to find out that my state representative, Ann Dorney, D-Norridgewock, led the charge against the bill to help military recruiters that was recently killed by a narrow vote in the Maine Legislature.

Republicans’ brains seem to be constipated
After watching the news and all the hearings that are going on in Congress, it seems to me that the Republican/tea party are not talking about what the American people want, which is jobs and getting the economy moving. They were elected to do the American people's business, not their own agenda.
