I wholeheartedly support Maureen (Mo) Aucoin for mayor of Hallowell and I hope that my fellow Hallowell residents will do the same on Nov. 7!
I have been a public school teacher for more than 20 years and I have seen my fair share of municipal elected officials profess their commitment to their community. Mo embodies that commitment. I challenge anyone to find a leader more committed to the character of Hallowell than Mo.
Mo is also a straight-shooter. She doesn’t duck the hard questions, she doesn’t shy away from the difficult issues, and, most importantly, she listens to the community. Mo is an experienced, proven leader, and I urge all voters in Hallowell to cast their ballot for Mo.
