George Lapointe is running for reelection as mayor of Hallowell. George has over 30 years of public service experience in state and local government. He is known for his leadership, organizational skills and collaborative approach in reaching consensus for addressing public policy issues and overseeing the delivery of public services in a cost-effective and respectful way. George is also a catalyst and has identified three goals as he thinks about the future of our city including a vibrant community, economic vitality and environmental sustainability.
