One of the biggest complaints from many Winslow citizens is the condition of the town roads. Michael Joseph, one of the candidates running for the District 1 seat, wants to cut what he views as unnecessary spending from the town budget. That’s something I think most people can agree with. However, it appears Joseph is not one of those who’s concerned about the roads in Winslow, or the equipment used by the Fire Department and Ambulance Service, highlighting those as areas the town should have scrimped on.
I’m all in favor of saving money but not at the expense of the equipment used to protect the life and safety of Winslow residents or my vehicle’s suspension.
Peter Drapeau isn’t afraid to make hard decisions that will ultimately benefit the life and safety of Winslow citizens, and that’s why I am supporting him in this election. It’s why you should too.
