    Maloney has zero tolerance toward domestic violence

    In Maine, half of our murders are the result of domestic violence. As district attorney, Democrat Maeghan Maloney will have a zero-tolerance policy toward this crime. She understands that if we stop the cycle of violence before is escalates, we can keep our families safe.

    Fireworks have made Maine noisier than Mass.

    Well, maybe not. I expect summer to be a little noisy. And, I've tried to accept that our state has some morons who assault us with the ridiculous noise of their cars' custom exhausts or illegal pipes on their bikes that you can hear a mile away.

    An article on Sept. 30, " District attorney race offers clear choices," noted that there was a big difference in the candidates running for district attorney. This is true, but not in the way the article suggests.
