Matt Boulerice, who is running for Waterville mayor, has been our landlord for close to two years. We got his name from a prior tenant who had nothing but positive things to say about him. Matt was the only landlord to help us get housed during a difficult time for renters. He has been respectful, honest, empathetic and fair to work with over the past two years.
We had a leak on Christmas Eve and he sent over someone to fix it that day during a rainstorm! He is responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. We have never waited longer than a day to get a response from him. We have recommended him to friends and coworkers.
We look forward to continuing to rent from him. Given his track record as landlord, we think he would make a great candidate for mayor, as he truly cares about the people!
